Refund policy

We hope that you enjoy all your purchases from Valley Pillow.  Unfortunately, covers are custom made and we will not be able to provide returns or exchanges.  

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. We do not offer RETURNS or Exchanges.  There will Absolutely be no exchanging or switching out for a different pillow after an order has been placed.  Once an order has been placed those will be the pillows that are shipped.  There will be no exceptions. 

Please make sure you are entering the correct shipping address.  We do our best to try and help our customers, but unfortunately, we are busy packing orders, and sometimes we don't have time to check our e-mails right away. If we have already packed up your order and purchased a shipping label before, we receive any e-mails requesting an address change your package will be shipped to the original address on the order.       No exceptions.   

We do our best to give our customers the exact color description based off what the manufacture says the color is. Some color may vary due to lighting. We do our best to advertise pictures that are clear so please use your own judgment. There will be no returns or exchanges because the pillow is not the color you wanted.
