What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by clicking on the Tracking Order link sent to your e-mail.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Once you place an order with Valley Pillow you can expect to receive an email from us with your order tracking information within 5-10 business days

How do I return my order or item?

Unfortunately we are unable to take returns.  All pillow covers are custom made.

What is Local Delivery?

Currently we are no longer offering local delivery, but when we do offer it, Local Delivery is for Surrounding Charlotte area customers to help save on shipping charges.

Local Delivery is not a delivery service. You must pick up your pillows within 2-3 business days.  Please leave your contact information when ordering. 

Do you have store front?

Unfortunately we do not have a store front. We sell all our pillows online.

Do you offer Pillow showings?

Unfortunately we do not offer pillow showings.  We are a online pillow distributor.  Our pictures will show you the quality and the colors.  You can also take a look at  our Instagram page @valley_pillow

Why is your phone number not listed?

We are a small online business.  Once you place an order and and become an active customer. You will receive a business card in your order with the phone number listed. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders are not common so please make sure that you check your order before submitting your purchase.
