Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please make sure you are entering the correct shipping address. We do our best to try and help our customers, but unfortunately, we are busy packing orders, and sometimes we don't have time to check our e-mails right away. If we have already packed up your order and purchased a shipping label before, we receive any e-mails requesting an address change your package will be shipped to the original address on the order. No exceptions.
Please be advised that the delivery times on shipping quotes do not account for processing time (the time it takes to prepare your order.) While we try to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible, we reserve the right to take up to at least 7 days for your order to be fully processed and shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact the carrier.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Valley Pillow bears no responsibility and cannot assist with claims related to lost or stolen packages. For assistances regarding your shipments, please reach out to the carrier for your packages directly using the tracking number provided at the time of fulfillment.
Once your order has been placed, Valley Pillow is not accountable for any Liability once the shipper retrieves your package.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
