Lumbar Pillows are only Sold as the entire pillow, Cover Only option is not available dimensions may vary on material/color may appear different due to camera and lighting.

We highly recommend using a pillow insert that are 2 to 3 inches larger.

To achieve a fuller more luxurious pillow, place your insert in the dryer for about 5-10 mins.

Dry clean only is the best option for care of your cover.
